West Seattle Living Space Addition

In this Phase 2, we transformed the view-facing living spaces of this West Seattle home to create space for everyone to relax and watch movies and enjoy the view.  Now, the home has adult spaces and kid spaces and places for everyone to come together.   Plus we replaced the well-loved outdoor deck with a new one that is easier to maintain and includes protected storage underneath.  Contractor:  Pathway Construction.
