In the first phase of this fun project,  we remodeled the dining and living rooms, creating built-ins that fit with the home’s character and add storage, plus we remodeled the basement to create a guest bath and bedroom and media area with storage. In this second phase, we added 244 square feet to the main level of the home plus added a 149 square foot deck. The new serene kitchen and family room addition is designed to connect the other public areas of the home with the entertainment area of the deck which leads into the backyard oasis.    Contractor: Weitzel Construction
