This Ballard DADU is designed be located all on one level to allow aging in place for a family member while accommodating the existing fir tree.  It is connected to the main house with a new shared deck that is easy to access from the side yard

We have completed 2 projects with Sheri. The first project was an entire basement remodel with a bathroom, laundry room, family room and guest bedroom. The second project was a dining room addition with a large built-in for our living room.  We are about to start our third project, a 2nd floor bump-out and bathroom and look forward to working with her again.  She is kind, professional and gets our style.
