This 800 sf Backyard Cottage was constructed from the ground up and designed to fit in with the scale of the neighborhood. It is an open, airy studio that originally served as a guest house. This new build DADU creates a new revenue stream and a flexible space that can be used for different purposes in the future such as an office. We achieved 4- Star Built Green certification and the project received the Judges’ Choice Award at Built Green Conference 2016.   Contractor:  Model Remodel.
