Greenwood Backyard Cottage

We converted this 1950s garage into a wonderful DADU in Greenwood.  It is a flexible space with universal design ready features.  The bathroom can be adapted for someone with limited mobility and includes a low threshold shower, plenty of space to move in and a wide door.  The kitchen features an open flexible space too.  Indoor air quality is also important in this project–we installed a spot ERV to deliver fresh air, and minimized materials that off gas.

We have completed 2 projects with Sheri. The first project was an entire basement remodel with a bathroom, laundry room, family room and guest bedroom. The second project was a dining room addition with a large built-in for our living room.  We are about to start our third project, a 2nd floor bump-out and bathroom and look forward to working with her again.  She is kind, professional and gets our style.
