Wallingford DADU

We created this 364 square foot traditional DADU by revising and reusing the footprint of the previous garage. We’ve built this structure to the maximum size permitted for this property. The DADU is currently a guest house for family and friends.  Contractor:  Toepfer Construction

We have completed 2 projects with Sheri. The first project was an entire basement remodel with a bathroom, laundry room, family room and guest bedroom. The second project was a dining room addition with a large built-in for our living room.  We are about to start our third project, a 2nd floor bump-out and bathroom and look forward to working with her again.  She is kind, professional and gets our style.
