Greenwood Backyard Cottage

We converted this 1950s garage into a wonderful DADU in Greenwood.  It is a flexible space with universal design ready features.  The bathroom can be adapted for someone with limited mobility and includes a low threshold shower, plenty of space to move in and a wide door.  The kitchen features an open flexible space too.  Indoor air quality is also important in this project–we installed a spot ERV to deliver fresh air, and minimized materials that off gas.

Sheri led two projects for us—a nearly complete renovation of our house in 2016, and a renovation of our master bathroom in 2018. In each project, she came to the table with unbelievably creative concepts that we loved. Without fail, she delivered ideas and plans on time and under budget.
