Ballard DADU

This REX award winning Ballard Backyard Cottage is for the homeowner’s father –the dad pad.  We’ve  incorporated many universal design features in this energy efficient garage conversion/ addition, plus we’ve focused on day-lighting and privacy.  This remodel combines contemporary design with traditional elements to blend in with the adjacent original 1920s home.  Contractor:  Model Remodel.

We have completed 2 projects with Sheri. The first project was an entire basement remodel with a bathroom, laundry room, family room and guest bedroom. The second project was a dining room addition with a large built-in for our living room.  We are about to start our third project, a 2nd floor bump-out and bathroom and look forward to working with her again.  She is kind, professional and gets our style.
