We created an art deco inspired interior, while maintaining the exterior character of this home in a remodel that included nearly every room.   Adding 525 square feet of space (kitchen, dining, guest room), we infused this home with a zen-like flow that makes socializing effortless while retaining spaces for private reflection. Ensuring maximum usability, we added storage capacity, relocated the guest bath, added a guest room/ office and added a new master bathroom retreat. To complete this update, we incorporated a new energy-efficient heating system and electrical system, plus new insulation and windows. The plumbing and roof were also updated, ensuring peace of mind and a pragmatic, eco-conscious integration between old and new.
