This is a new two-level DADU in Crown Hill near the rear corner of the lot. It is private yet open in its site design. It is an upside-down dwelling, with living space upstairs to take advantage of the daylight and openness and sleeping downstairs. Contractor: Skyline Construction
Jane and I had an excellent experience working with Sheri who helped us conceptualize our wishes into a thoughtful, creative design and worked with contractors to make that design real. Sheri is a listener. In our first meeting she asked for us to name the qualities we foremost wanted in a backyard cottage. All of them were met in the design and the end result. She solved complex problems, she was direct and confident and friendly with contractors, took good notes and always followed through. We love the results.
